The Rotary Club of San Jose Endowment

The Rotary Club of San Jose Endowment is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization formed in 1946 by the Rotary Club of San Jose for the purpose of fulfilling the charitable objectives of Rotary or the donor.

    

The Trustees of the Endowment Board manage the funds of the Endowment and make grants to assist community and international service projects.  The Trustees typically support more than 30 different community organizations each year with Community and Partnership Grants that total about $150,000.

    

In addition, the Endowment supports the community and international projects of numerous Rotary Club of San Jose Comittees.  In the past, the Endowment has also made larger contributions ($100,000 or more) to the Children's Discovery Museum, The San Jose History Museum, The Tech Museum, and the Rotary Summit Center community meeting facility.
